What is it?
It’s a structured, in-house training program designed to help you complete any one of the following:
- Private pilot certification
- Instrument rating
- Commercial pilot certification

How to apply?
Applicants must meet the prerequisites for the certification they want to obtain.
4-week private pilot course
(Estimated Cost: $ 17,500)
This course will take students from zero flight time through their private pilot certificate. Cost includes housing, materials, and checkride fee.
Prerequisites:
- Pilots must have a medical certificate.
- FAA Private Pilot Written Exam must be passed prior to arrival.
2-week Instrument Rating Course
(Estimated Cost: $ 15,500)
This course will allow pilots who meet the stated prerequisites to obtain an instrument rating in two weeks. Cost includes housing, materials, and checkride fee.
Prerequisites:
- FAA Instrument Pilot Written Exam must be passed prior to arrival.
- Pilots must have a current biennial flight review and a medical.
- Pilots must have a minimum of 40 hours of Pilot in Command Cross Country time in their logbook.
2-week Commercial Certification Course
(Estimated Cost: $ 10,500)
This course will allow pilots who meet the stated prerequisites to obtain a commercial pilot certificate in two weeks. Cost includes housing, materials, and checkride fee.
Prerequisites:
- FAA Commercial Pilot Written Exam must be passed prior to arrival.
- Pilots must have a current biennial flight review and a medical.
- Pilots who arrive must have 230 hours total time logged, which must include the following Pilot In Command Cross Country time:
- one cross-country of 2 hours in a single-engine airplane in day VFR conditions of a total straight line distance of more than 100 nm from the departure point (dual with instructor);
- one cross-country of 2 hours in a single-engine airplane in night VFR conditions of a total straight line distance of more than 100 nm from the departure point (dual with instructor);
- 10 hours of solo flight in a single-engine airplane on a Commercial Pilot areas of operation that includes one cross-country flight of not less than 300 nm. with landings with a minimum of 3 points, one of which is a straight line distance of more than 250 nm. and 5 hours in night VFR conditions with ten takeoffs and ten landings at a controlled airport
