Rexair’s CONCIERGE service is designed to give you, the plane owner, a higher level of support for your aircraft.  This white-glove service provides expedited maintenance scheduling, discounted parts and labor, your annual inspection and monthly cleaning.

How the program works…

For a small setup fee and an ongoing monthly charge your plane receives the following:

Setup

We add your plane’s profile to our Maintenance Program to manage, communicate and support your on-going maintenance needs.  The following is performed when accepting your aircraft into the program:

·         Plane is washed and waxed

·         Your plane is visually inspected to baseline the aircrafts condition

·         Life-limited items identified and tracked

·         Logbooks are digitized and saved electronically

·         Dynamic Prop Balancing is performed

Ongoing

·         Your plane is detailed, including waxing, once per year

·         Your plane is washed once per month, by request 

·         Two oil changes per year including parts

·         Hangar to Shop to Hangar tug service at KAPF

·         You receive expedited scheduling into the shop.  Our service level objective is to bring your plane into the shop (or visit your plane on the field) for diagnosis within one business day of receiving any issue. 

·         You are provided a 7% discount on our normal pricing for parts and labor for all work performed

·         Your annual inspection is performed at no additional charge.  Repairs required to keep the aircraft airworthy are additional, however, are performed at the discounted rate
